Tualatin SWCD is excited to offer free boot brushes to residents of Washington County, Oregon!

Boot brushes help reduce the spread of invasive species by brushing off seeds. Many visitors unknowingly bring weeds with them when entering or leaving natural areas. By using a boot brush, you can help keep unnoticed hitchhikers from escaping into the wild! Watch this short video from Play, Clean, Go on why you should care about invasive species.

Boot brushes will be mailed at the end of March.

Giveaway guidelines:

  • Items will only be mailed to verified Washington County addresses.
  • Items will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.
  • Individuals may only submit one request per giveaway. Subsequent entries will be disregarded.
  • The giveaway will be closed after 100 entries have been received.
  • Individuals who enter the giveaway will be added to our email list and will receive a quarterly e-newsletter highlighting news and upcoming events from Tualatin SWCD.
