Notice of Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to ORS 271.735, the Board of Directors of Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District (District) will hold a public hearing regarding the granting to the District of a conservation easement. The conservation easement is over Tax Lot 1N308001100 (approximately 36.02 acres of Exclusive Farm Use) located at 8680 NW Roy Rd, Cornelius, Oregon.

The time and place for the public hearing is 6:00 pm on December 9, 2025, at the Tualatin SWCD office located at 7175 NE Evergreen Parkway #400, Hillsboro, Oregon 97124 or virtually via Zoom. Please contact Lacey Townsend at (503) 334-2288 by the morning of the meeting if you would like to attend virtually and require the Zoom Meeting link. A request for an interpreter for the hearing impaired or for other accommodations should be made at least 72 hours before the meeting.
