Pesticide Collection Event
February 8, 2025 @ 8:00 am – 2:00 pm
**UPDATE 1/28/25: REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS NOW CLOSED.**
Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District is sponsoring a free pesticide collection event! Take advantage of this opportunity to safely and anonymously dispose of old and unwanted pesticides. Pre-registration is required. Registration is limited – secure your spot early!
Protect your water, air, and soil while staying compliant with chemical handling laws. Old and unused pesticides can enter waterways and harm water quality through leaching, flooding, or runoff. Help protect our drinking water and fish habitat by bringing your old and unused pesticides to this collection event for proper disposal.
Tualatin SWCD has contracted with Clean Harbors Environmental Services to facilitate this event. You must pre-register with Clean Harbors Environmental Services (preferably by January 27th, 2025) so they are prepared to receive your chemicals. To register:
