Special Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of the Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District will hold a special board meeting on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at 8:00am via Zoom.

Tualatin SWCD is seeking an exemption for public improvements from competitive bidding according to the procedures described in ORS 279C.335. When exempting a public improvement from competitive bidding, the Local Contract Review Board may authorize the contract to be awarded using a Request for Proposal process for public improvements, according to the process described in OAR 137-049-0640 through 137-049-0690.

In response to a written request, Tualatin SWCD will hold a public hearing for the purpose of taking comments on the draft findings for an exemption from the competitive bidding requirement. The Finding of Facts can be viewed here.
